Our grinders use world class in-process gaging systems to control accuracy.
A serious consideration in grinding of any type is controlling the heat generated at the contact points between the metal being sized or shaped and the grinding wheel. Coolant, wheel speed, and depth of cut all contribute to controlling the heat of the part. Grinding permits very accurate tolerances of 0.0001".

GL7 is a cylindrical grinding machine for dedicated processes in a high-production environment. It features a hydrostatic wheelhead bearing and way system, and the patented TOYODA STAT® BEARING and floating plate to ensure high accuracy and positioning

GE6 is a cylindrical grinding machine designed for large workpieces. It features a hydrostatic wheelhead bearing and way system, handscraped precision surfaces, and the patented TOYODA STAT® BEARING and floating plate to ensure high accuracy and positioning. The GE6 is made from a single Meehanite casting for ultimate thermal stability.
